Notes for Competitors

Athletes are now welcome to compete in back-to-back divisions.  We ask that coaches use their discretion to ensure athletes are not overcommitted and that equipment allows for quick transitions.

Athletes are reminded that while race officials will be in the canal, all safety marshals on the course have the power to ensure safety and monitor adherence to the rules of racing. Marshals may bring penalties or disqualifications as appropriate, so athletes are reminded to treat all safety boats, race officials, and fellow competitors with courtesy and respect.

It is recommended that all athletes read and understand the rules of racing as they are very unique to the course and type of race. 

Coaches/Athletes meeting will be held via remote video call the Thursday before the race weekend at 7pm EST.  Meeting links will be sent to any account holder who has submitted entries.
